Qualifications

• Paralegal certification.
• Minimum of 3–5 years experience as a litigation paralegal.
• Experience with litigation in the state of California.
• Solid understanding of civil litigation deadlines and rules.
• High proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with discovery propounding and responses and with motions.
• Manage trial preparation including witnesses, exhibits, and notebooks.
• Review and organize medical records and damages calculations.
• Coordinate with clients, experts, and attorneys on case status.
• Create efficient workflows using legal technology and case management tools.
