The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of civil litigation experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat. Pennsylvania experience is encouraged; hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Paralegal certification required.
• 3–5 years experience in litigation paralegal roles.
• Experience with Pennsylvania civil litigation is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with discovery, motions, and deposition prep.
• Manage case files, organize records, and prepare trial binders.
• Coordinate witnesses and travel for trials and hearings.
• Communicate with clients, experts, and attorneys on case status.
