Job summary

IntelliPro is seeking an Assistant Litigation Paralegal for a 3-month assignment with possible extension. This remote role pays $33-$41/hr on W2 and supports a busy litigation team handling mass arbitrations, subpoenas, and high-volume case workflows.

You will triage cases, prepare exhibit packages, manage deadlines, and ensure accurate filings while maintaining attorney-client privilege and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Fundamental understanding of attorney-client privilege, work-product doctrine, and duty of confidentiality.
• Basic knowledge of filing deadlines, service requirements, and discovery timelines for small claims, state/federal courts, or arbitration tribunals.
• Practical understanding of court e-filing portals. Proficiency in proofreading for proper citation, formatting, and accuracy amidst strict submission timelines.
• Proficiency with G Suite

Responsibilities

• Address the backlog of creating, updating, and closing out matters, ensuring critical deadlines and case details remain meticulously organized.
• Assist with triaging incoming cases, eventually preparing exhibit packages and supporting subpoena responses along with document productions.
• Manage high-volume, detailed operational tasks efficiently without requiring purely substantive litigation responsibilities.
• The litigation paralegal group manages heavy case numbers, covering hundreds of small claims monthly, alongside additional high-volume caseloads such as mass arbitrations and user demand letters.
