Job summary

Angi, a leading home services platform, is seeking a Litigation and Risk Paralegal to handle escalated pre-litigation disputes and regulatory inquiries in a fully remote role across North America.

You will support litigation with data management, document production, and templates while coordinating with in-house counsel to implement scalable processes and policy improvements. A focus on confidentiality, accuracy, and AI-assisted efficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification; equivalent work experience considered.
• 7+ years’ experience as paralegal supporting litigation or dispute resolution.
• Working knowledge of state and federal litigation procedures.
• Understanding of standard contractual terms and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and draft responses to escalated consumer complaints and regulatory inquiries.
• Draft, maintain, and manage templates for escalated dispute letters.
• Develop and maintain processes for managing escalated disputes with in-house counsel.
• Assist with fact investigation and document production for litigation.
• Maintain electronic records in Angi’s matter management system.
