LHH Recruitment Solutions partners with a national plaintiffs' law firm to fill a Litigation Compliance Attorney role in a fully remote capacity. The attorney will support ethics compliance, conflicts management, policy development, and operational oversight across multi-state matters.

Reporting to the General Counsel, this remote position offers exposure to cross-functional teams, high-volume litigation settings, and opportunities to enhance compliance infrastructure across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Responsabilités

• Partner with the General Counsel on ethics and compliance investigations and develop SOPs for ethics compliance across litigation.
• Draft and revise firm agreements, policies, and client communications, including retainer agreements and settlement statements.
• Analyze conflicts of interest and prepare waivers; monitor compliance protocols across cases.
• Advise on professional responsibility and litigation ethics; collaborate with attorneys and staff.
• Conduct audits of case handling practices and monitor case metrics for risk.
