Job summary

Littler seeks a Senior Corporate Counsel - Ethics & Conflicts to advise on attorney ethics and professional responsibility matters across jurisdictions. This remote role requires residence within 60 miles of an Littler office and offers bonuses based on performance.

The candidate will handle conflicts of interest, ethics program support, and cross-border risk management, coordinating with senior leaders and internal teams. JD and 10+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active bar admission in at least one US jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 10 years of legal experience addressing ethics, professional responsibility, or conflicts.
• Ability to advise senior leadership on multi-jurisdictional matters.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior advisor on attorney ethics and professional responsibility across jurisdictions.
• Advise on conflicts of interest arising from new matters, lateral hires, and cross-border work.
• Identify ethics and conflicts risks and escalate to senior leadership as needed.
• Develop policies, training, and guidance on ethics, conflicts, and engagement risk.
• Coordinate with CLO, IT, Compliance, and other teams on cross-functional risk matters.
• Draft and review letters, disclosures, and communications related to ethics and engagement risk.
