Law Firms is seeking a talented Attorney to join our growing litigation team in a 100% remote role open to qualified candidates nationwide in the United States. You will provide legal counsel, draft and review pleadings, conduct research, and manage a diverse caseload from inception to resolution.

Ideal candidates hold a JD, active bar license, proven experience, and strong analytical and writing skills. A reliable home office and high-speed internet are required as you work independently in a

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar license and good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Proven experience practicing as an attorney.

Responsabilidades

• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients.
• Draft, review, and negotiate pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analyze complex legal issues.
• Manage a diverse caseload from inception through resolution.
• Develop case strategies and communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel.
