Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Temporary Remote Litigation Event Docketing Specialist to support a global law firm for a 6-8 week leave coverage period. This role requires precise docketing and strong knowledge of federal and state court rules.

The successful candidate will manage high-volume docketing in CompuLaw, review filings and deadlines, and assist with database administration, bringing 5+ years of experience and proficiency in Office applications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation calendaring/docketing experience.
• Strong experience with CompuLaw/Aderant Vision or similar docketing software.
• Extensive knowledge of federal and state court rules and procedures.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and legal research skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume litigation docketing and calendaring requests using CompuLaw.
• Review court filings, rules, orders, and judicial preferences to ensure accurate deadline calculation and docket maintenance.
• Execute complex federal and state court calendaring requests.
• Conduct document and docket analysis to identify critical deadlines.
• Assist with CompuLaw database administration and workflow management.
