Job summary

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Temporary Remote Litigation Event Docketing Specialist to support a global law firm. This leave coverage assignment will last approximately 6-8 weeks, with start ASAP following one interview.

Responsibilities include managing high-volume docketing and calendaring using CompuLaw, reviewing filings, and ensuring accurate deadlines across federal and state courts. Remote work option provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation calendaring/docketing experience.
• Strong experience with CompuLaw/Aderant Vision or similar docketing software.
• Extensive knowledge of federal and state court rules and procedures.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and legal research skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume litigation docketing and calendaring requests using CompuLaw.
• Review court filings, rules, orders, and judicial preferences to ensure accurate deadline calculation and docket maintenance.
• Execute complex federal and state court calendaring requests.
• Conduct document and docket analysis to identify critical deadlines.
• Assist with CompuLaw database administration and workflow management.
