Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Temporary Remote Litigation Event Docketing Specialist for a global law firm. This leave coverage role runs for approximately 6-8 weeks with an ASAP start following one interview.

The candidate will manage high-volume docketing, review filings and rules, and perform complex calendaring using CompuLaw, ensuring deadlines are accurately tracked while supporting database administration and workflow management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation calendaring/docketing experience.
• Proficiency with CompuLaw/Aderant Vision or similar docketing software.
• Deep knowledge of federal and state court rules and procedures.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and legal research abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume litigation docketing and calendaring requests using CompuLaw.
• Review court filings, rules, orders, and judicial preferences to ensure accurate deadline calculation and docket maintenance.
• Execute complex federal and state court calendaring requests.
• Conduct document and docket analysis to identify critical deadlines.
• Assist with CompuLaw database administration and workflow management.
