Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC seeks a Temporary Remote Litigation Event Docketing Specialist for a global law firm. This leave-cover assignment runs 6–8 weeks, with start ASAP after interview.

You will manage high-volume docketing, review filings, and execute complex calendaring across federal and state courts from a remote location. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in docketing, strong CompuLaw/Aderant Vision experience, and excellent organizational and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation calendaring/docketing experience.
• Strong experience with CompuLaw/Aderant Vision or similar docketing software.
• Extensive knowledge of federal and state court rules and procedures.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and legal research skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume litigation docketing and calendaring requests using CompuLaw.
• Review court filings, rules, orders, and judicial preferences to ensure accurate deadline calculation and docket maintenance.
• Execute complex federal and state court calendaring requests.
• Conduct document and docket analysis to identify critical deadlines.
• Assist with CompuLaw database administration and workflow management.
