This 6-8 week leave coverage role offers remote work and a fast-paced docketing environment. You will manage high-volume calendaring, review filings, and execute complex federal and state deadlines.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in docketing, strong CompuLaw/Aderant Vision experience, and solid knowledge of court rules, with excellent organizational skills and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation calendaring/docketing experience.
• Strong experience with CompuLaw/Aderant Vision or similar docketing software.
• Extensive knowledge of federal and state court rules and procedures.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and legal research skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume litigation docketing and calendaring with CompuLaw.
• Review filings, rules, orders to ensure deadlines.
• Execute complex federal and state court calendaring requests.
• Conduct docket analysis to identify critical deadlines.
• Assist with CompuLaw database administration and workflow management.
