Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Temporary Remote Litigation Event Docketing Specialist for a global law firm. This 6-8 week assignment provides remote work from the United States with ASAP start following one interview.

The role focuses on high-volume docketing, federal and state court calendaring, and accurate deadline calculation using CompuLaw. Strong organizational and legal research skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation calendaring/docketing experience.
• Strong experience with CompuLaw/Aderant Vision or similar docketing software.
• Extensive knowledge of federal and state court rules and procedures.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and legal research skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume litigation docketing and calendaring requests using CompuLaw.
• Review court filings, rules, orders, and judicial preferences to ensure accurate deadline calculation and docket maintenance.
• Execute complex federal and state court calendaring requests.
• Conduct document and docket analysis to identify critical deadlines.
• Assist with CompuLaw database administration and workflow management.
