Qualifications

• 3+ years of docketing experience in a law firm environment.
• Knowledge of state and federal docketing rules and deadlines.
• Experience reviewing court documents and entering deadlines in docketing software.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with case teams.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze docketing requests and associated documents; calculate deadlines accurately.
• Update existing docket entries and perform quality control checks.
• Research court rules and judges' orders to supplement calculations.
• Respond to case teams to ensure docket entries are accurate and timely.
• Interpret and apply deadlines across state and federal courts.
