Qualifications

• 5+ years of general litigation experience.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active California State Bar in good standing.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to independently manage a caseload and collaborate with a litigation team.
• Trial experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation: pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediations, and trial.
• Draft briefs, motions, coverage opinions, and settlement evaluations.
• Handle negotiations, settlement conferences, and mediations with insurers, insureds, and opposing counsel.
