Qualifications

• Must hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active California State Bar membership.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Litigation Associate or Trial Lawyer.
• Proven experience in civil litigation, deposition, motion practice, arbitration, mediation, and trial.
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal/communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with multitasking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of litigation, including case strategy, pre-trial, trial, and post-trial proceedings.
• Conduct comprehensive discovery, pleadings, and motion practice.
• Represent the firm and clients in court appearances, delivering oral arguments.
• Handle depositions, arbitrations, and mediations effectively.
• Develop and implement robust case strategies and manage case files.
• Provide legal counsel to clients with the highest ethical standards.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure seamless duties.
• Stay updated on legislation, court decisions, and industry trends.
• Participate in professional development to enhance legal knowledge and skills.
