Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive discovery, pleadings, and motion practice.
• Represent the firm and clients in court appearances with persuasive oral arguments.
• Handle depositions, arbitrations, and mediations effectively.
• Develop and implement robust case strategies to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Manage all aspects of case management and file organization.
• Provide legal counsel while upholding high professional and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff for seamless execution.
• Stay abreast of legislation and court decisions to counsel clients.
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance legal skills.
