LeoForce is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to handle a diverse caseload in mass torts, class actions, and general litigation, including wildfire-related matters and bad-faith insurance cases in California. The ideal candidate will draft and cite-check briefs, manage cases, and thrive in high-stakes environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of general litigation experience.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Ability to independently manage caseloads and collaborate with a team.
• Trial experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, law and motion practice, depositions, mediations, and trial.
• Draft high-quality briefs, motions, coverage opinions, and settlement evaluations.
• Handle negotiations, settlement conferences, and mediations with insurers and opposing counsel.
