Jobot is seeking a Litigation Attorney for a well-established firm in Arizona with 100% remote work. You will handle complex litigation matters, draft pleadings, support trials, and maintain client communications while collaborating with senior attorneys.

Qualifications include a JD, active Arizona bar (Colorado a plus), 5+ years defense litigation, and preferred experience in construction or business matters. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active Arizona bar; Colorado bar a plus.
• 5+ years of defense litigation experience.
• Construction or business litigation experience preferred, not required.
• Insurance clients experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• High level of professionalism and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct extensive legal research to support cases.
• Draft pleadings, briefs, contracts, and wills.
• Assist partners in trial preparation and depositions.
• Represent clients in court and present evidence and arguments.
• Communicate with clients to update on matters.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Comply with legal standards and regulations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and insurers.
