Jobot is seeking an Associate Attorney for a 100% remote role in New Mexico. You will handle civil litigation matters, including commercial and insurance defense, while maintaining client relationships and delivering high-quality legal services.

The ideal candidate has a JD, is barred in NM/AZ/UT, and brings at least four years of experience, with strong writing and advocacy skills. The position offers a remote work setup and opportunities to grow in a fast-paced firm.

Competenze

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Barred in AZ, UT, or NM to practice law.
• 4+ years of attorney experience.
• Experience in legal advice, depositions, and commercial litigation.
• Experience with personal injury, insurance defense, and wrongful death is a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide legal advice to clients across commercial and insurance litigation.
• Litigate complex bodily/personal injury and wrongful death cases.
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Draft, review, and revise pleadings, discovery, and motions.
