Qualifikationen

- Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and consistently high-quality work product.
- Ability to work independently while remaining receptive to supervision and feedback.
- Prior public entity defense experience is welcome but not required.
Aufgaben
- Conduct legal research involving California state and federal litigation.
- Draft motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.
- Assist with ongoing litigation matters and deadlines.
- Engage in courtroom proceedings, client communications, or attorney mentorship as appropriate to experience and skill set.
