Qualifications

- Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and consistently high-quality work product.
- Ability to work independently while receiving supervision and feedback.
- Public entity defense experience welcome but not required.
- Trial and deposition experience valued but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research involving California state and federal litigation.
- Draft motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.
- Assist with ongoing litigation matters and deadlines.
- Participate in courtroom proceedings, client communications, or mentorship as appropriate.
