LOGS Legal Group LLP in Tennessee is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Tennessee Litigation team. You will provide comprehensive representation across foreclosure, bankruptcy, and related matters, collaborating with experienced attorneys and a supporting team.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Tennessee (required).
• 3+ years of litigation experience preferred.
• Experience focusing on litigation.
• Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and driven.
• Preferred: Multi-state licensure, bankruptcy or collections experience, federal licensure.

Responsibilities

• Represent financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings.
• Manage case workflow and ensure compliance with client requirements, laws, and court rules.
• Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Attend court hearings both in-person and virtually.
• Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
• Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.
