Job summary

LOGS Legal Group LLP is seeking an Associate Attorney for its Tennessee Litigation team. This remote, full-time role offers exposure to foreclosure, bankruptcy, and related matters, with collaboration across experienced attorneys and a support staff under a managing attorney.

Qualified candidates will be licensed in Tennessee with 3+ years of litigation experience and strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills. Travel related to court proceedings may be required.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Tennessee with active bar status required.
• 3+ years of litigation experience preferred; all qualified applicants considered.

Responsibilities

• Represent financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, and related litigation.
• Manage case workflow and ensure compliance with client requirements and court rules.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and correspondence; attend hearings in-person or virtually.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to provide high-quality services.
