Job summary

LOGS Legal Group LLP is seeking an Associate Attorney to support its Tennessee Litigation team. This remote role involves handling foreclosure, bankruptcy, and related matters with a collaborative, technology-driven approach.

You will work under a managing attorney and interact with financial institutions. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of litigation experience, strong writing and communication skills, and a willingness to work across states.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Tennessee (required).
• 3+ years of litigation experience preferred.
• Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Multi-state licensure preferred.
• Federal licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related matters.
• Manage case workflow and ensure compliance with client requirements and court rules.
• Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Attend court hearings in-person and virtually.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to deliver client-focused legal services.
