BCG Attorney Search is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Litigation team in Tennessee in a remote capacity, handling foreclosure, bankruptcy, and related matters with a collaborative team and advanced technology.

The ideal candidate has a JD, TN license, 3+ years in litigation, strong writing and analytical skills, and a drive to manage case workflows and interact with financial institutions.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Tennessee.
• 3+ years of litigation experience preferred.
• Strong legal writing and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized workflow management.

Responsibilities

• Represent financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, and related court proceedings.
• Manage case workflow and ensure compliance with client requirements and court rules.
• Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Attend court hearings both in-person and virtually.
• Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
