Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an Associate Attorney to provide legal representation in foreclosure, bankruptcy, and litigation across multiple locations in the United States. The successful candidate will draft motions, attend court hearings, and collaborate with experienced attorneys to deliver client-focused services.

This position requires a Juris Doctor degree, active Bar membership, and offers extensive benefits, including medical coverage, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Licensed Bar Attorney in at least one of the specified states.
• 3+ years of legal experience preferred, but all qualified applicants considered.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and driven.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in foreclosure, bankruptcy, and related court proceedings.
• Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Attend court hearings in person and virtually.
• Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
• Deliver client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.
