Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Tukwila, WA is seeking an Associate Attorney, Litigation for a full-time, fully remote position. The ideal candidate will handle secured lending matters, civil and title litigation, and potential bankruptcy issues, while collaborating with a team to deliver high-quality work and excellent client service.

Requirements include an active WA or OR State Bar license, a JD from an accredited law school, and 2+ years of mortgage-related experience.

Qualifications

• Active WA or OR State Bar in good standing.
• 2+ years of related mortgage area experience preferred.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake and analysis on files, generating strategy and budget within 24 hours.
• Draft civil litigation documents, including discovery and dispositive motions.
• Review chain of title, pleadings, and foreclosure documents.
• Make court appearances across Washington and/or Oregon, providing same-day client updates.
• Write, review, and edit reports, opinions, and correspondence for compliance purposes.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed.
