Job summary

Crossover is seeking a Literacy Interventionist for Unbound Academy in Arizona. This full-time, remote-first position involves delivering virtual reading interventions to students in grades 3–8, using assessment data to target gaps, and differentiating instruction for diverse reading levels, including dyslexia support.

You’ll track progress, run motivation check-ins, and collaborate with families to foster confidence and growth. Hybrid work in Arizona is possible as needed, with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, literacy, or related field.
• Reading intervention certification or endorsement (Arizona Reading Specialist or equivalent).
• Specialized training in dyslexia intervention (or related structured literacy approaches).
• At least 2 years of experience delivering small-group or one-on-one reading interventions for students in grades 3–8.
• Experience supporting students with dyslexia or related reading difficulties.
• Ability to interpret progress monitoring data and use it to plan and adjust instruction.
• Strong ability to engage and manage students in a virtual setting through clear, motivating communication.
• Available to work in a hybrid capacity in Arizona as needed.

Responsibilities
