Unbound Academy in Arizona is seeking a Reading Interventionist to plan and run virtual small-group and one-on-one sessions for grades 3–8, using assessment data to target fluency and comprehension gaps.

You will differentiate activities across levels, track progress, and lead motivation check-ins to build confidence and growth. This full-time, hybrid role requires a Bachelor’s in education or literacy and a certification in reading intervention, with at least two years of relevant experience.

What You Will Be Doing

Reading Interventionist Key Responsibilities

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education, literacy, or a closely related field
