Odyssey Logistics in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Analyst, Bulk Procurement to support dry and liquid bulk sourcing, data management, and market research across business units. You will assist with bid coordination, KPI tracking, and contract adherence, gaining exposure to sourcing strategy and carrier management.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, and accurate routing data setup, with hybrid work and Fridays remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field; internship/co-op considered.
• Coursework or exposure to transportation procurement, sourcing, or carrier management a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail; proficiency in Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of dry and liquid procurement strategies, including data gathering, carrier outreach, and bid coordination.
• Help identify network-based transportation solutions that balance cost competitiveness with service requirements.
• Assist with bid analysis, routing guide data entry, and award scenario summaries.
• Track and report carrier KPIs (OTD, acceptance, cost, compliance), flagging trends and adherence issues.
• Gather and summarize market trend data to support pricing, planning, and budget processes.
