Shadow Light Studios is seeking a LinkedIn & Instagram Setter to drive the sales engine by managing outbound and inbound conversations. You’ll qualify leads, start conversations, and book calls with founders, creators, and brand operators, working from clear messaging frameworks.

You’ll join a collaborative team, applying messaging aligned with our positioning and processes. This fully remote, full-time role offers daily activity targets and growth opportunities as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Experience as a setter or appointment setter in a sales role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple conversations with a conversational tone.
• Experience handling outbound and inbound messages on LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Ability to follow messaging frameworks while adapting to real conversations.
• Track record of booking calls with founders, creators, or brand operators.
• Highly organized and reliable with daily activity targets.
