Job summary

Gemela Media is seeking an experienced Content Writer who can partner closely with clients to capture their voices. You will interview founders and executives, craft authentic LinkedIn content, and publish in clients’ voices across a daily or near-daily cadence.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in deadline-driven environments, a strong portfolio, and comfort with AI tools. The role is fully remote with EST-hours alignment and potential for growth within a fast-growing LinkedIn agency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in deadline-driven environments such as agencies or publications.
• A strong body of work we can read (LinkedIn, newsletters, journalism, or ghostwriting).
• AI fluent, comfortable using AI, working with AI systems, and staying current on LLMs & AI tools.
• Comfortable working with at least 5 clients at one time.
• Self-starter who takes ownership and does not need to be micromanaged.
• Experience conducting interviews, with the ability to understand a person and write in their voice, and comfortable with edits.
• Strong taste; able to spot generic lines and push for originality.
• Experience working with executives, founders, thought leaders, and creators.
• Meticulously organized around a calendar for high-volume content.
• Available during EST business hours.

Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding: Onboard new clients with the Creative Director and collect client stories, takes, and language.
• Content Strategy: Develop strategic content pillars and align client voices with their industries.
• Content Creation: Turn pillars into original LinkedIn content and collaborate with a Community Manager.
• Lead storytelling that preserves clients’ authentic voices and positions them as thought leaders.
