Job summary

Coursera is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape the next generation of search across our global learning platform. You will own the vision for discovery, working with engineering, design, data science, and partner teams to deliver a personalized, ML/AI-driven experience for a multilingual audience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with direct responsibility over a consumer-facing product and driving revenue.
• 2+ years of PM experience working on search, personalization, or recommendation features.
• Proven track record of delivering complex product initiatives from ideation to launch.
• Experience using quantitative (A/B testing, multivariate experimentation) and qualitative research to prioritize ideas.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams through communication and collaboration.
• 4+ years in a product team at a large ecommerce company (preferred).
• 0-to-1 experience taking products from idea to launch with proven post-launch results (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or relevant field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Set the vision for next-generation search capabilities to help users discover learning content.
• Own conversational search across Coursera with AI-enabled experiences for a seamless learner journey.
• Improve search accuracy using IR/ML, embeddings, and multilingual search for personalized ranking.
• Run rapid experiments to understand market trends and user behavior.
• Leverage market insights to identify opportunities for revenue growth and personalization.
• Define and track KPIs to measure conversion and merchandising impact.
• Collaborate with Marketing and other Product teams to align conversion strategies with business goals.
