Qualifications

• Experience building or experimenting with AI-driven products, particularly in workflow automation, conversational AI, decision support, or agentic AI.
• Launched a product from idea to launch in environments with ambiguity, defining the problem, making bets, and shipping.
• Maintains a high bar across contributions, people, and products.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy and own the roadmap for a high priority area of the Coursera platform, such as mobile, AI-powered assessment or agentic enterprise integration.
• Own the end-to-end content creation experience for Udemy & Coursera from how instructors and creators author content, to how AI assists and adapts that content for learners, defining what 'great' looks like at every step.
• Make independent product calls in a fast-moving environment, bringing cross-functional partners along through clear reasoning and well-structured communication.
• Translate customer insights and market trends into integrated solutions that can scale to serve millions of learners and customers around the world.
• Lead execution from ideation and analysis through development and launch, delivering measurable outcomes.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to deliver AI-powered product features and experiences.
• Leverage data and customer feedback to inform decisions and continuously improve.
• Mentor peers and contribute to building a high-performing product organisation.
