Coursera is seeking a Staff Product Manager to shape vision, deliver learner and partner experiences, and drive measurable business impact across the Coursera platform. You will operate at the intersection of strategy and hands-on execution, leading cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, data, and business teams in a fast‑moving, AI‑driven education landscape.

Responsibilities

Define and drive product strategy and own the roadmap for a high priority area of the platform.
Own end-to-end content and experience for Udemy & Coursera, guiding AI-assisted content.
Make independent product calls in a fast-moving environment with clear reasoning.
Translate customer insights and market trends into scalable solutions.
Lead execution from ideation to launch with measurable outcomes.
Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to deliver AI-powered features.
Leverage data and feedback to inform decisions and improve products.
Mentor peers and contribute to a high-performing product organization.
