Job summary

RemoteLeads is seeking a Customer Success Manager to deepen executive-level relationships, drive product adoption, and improve retention. You will analyze usage data, propose new features and deliver Executive and Quarterly Business Reviews with customers in the US/Canada.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to support renewals and expansions, translating customer needs into actionable plans. Travel about 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Customer Success or onboarding for complex software solutions.
• 3+ years conducting QBRs.
• Experience with recruiting/HR tech preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build executive-level relationships to drive adoption, satisfaction and retention.
• Analyze product usage data and recommend features or settings to improve outcomes.
• Develop customer success playbooks and monitor results.
• Design and deliver Executive and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Facilitate product adoption and workflow improvements across teams.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback and needs.
• Support renewals and expansions through cross-functional partnerships.
