Structured is a remote-first agency specializing in lifecycle marketing for ecommerce brands. We seek an Associate Strategist – Lifecycle Marketing to join a fast-paced, high-performing team.

You will support retention efforts, coordinate campaigns, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive measurable growth. We offer training, mentorship, and hands-on experience to help you become a Lifecycle Marketing Strategist.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in email and SMS marketing production, preferably in an agency setting.
• Hands-on with Klaviyo, Customer.io, Sendlane, Braze, Attentive, Postscript, etc.
• Strong project management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated with ownership of your work.

Responsibilities

• Support Lifecycle Marketing (Retention) Strategist in day-to-day operations, calendars, strategies, email campaigns, and A/B testing.
• Write detailed strategic briefs for email and SMS campaigns.
• Oversee ESP systems for data flow and performance.
• Coordinate across designers, copywriters, strategists and clients.
• Manage email and SMS campaign execution, segmentation, QA, scheduling and deployment.
• Participate in client meetings to discuss progress and opportunities.
• Create and present weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reports.
• Own campaign calendars, approvals, revisions, and on-time delivery.
