Job summary

Hunter is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own onboarding, nurture, and lifecycle programs across email, social, and paid channels for a fully remote team.

You’ll drive onboarding improvements, nurture flows, and campaigns with a focus on converting free users to paid plans, increasing engagement, and maximizing lifetime value. This role reports to Head of Marketing and collaborates with product, success, and design.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in lifecycle marketing with onboarding focus.
• Experience driving onboarding, nurturing, and revenue in PLG models.
• Strong stakeholder management across marketing, product, and success.
• Proficient with async remote collaboration and data-driven testing.

Responsibilities

• Own the user journey from search to paid plan.
• Increase free-to-paid conversions.
• Build and optimize a nurture engine using user behavior data.
• Promote content, webinars, playbooks, and co-marketing.
• Enable sales and manage affiliate/channel marketing.
• Use AI tools to improve workflows.
