Job summary

HireHawk Inc. seeks an Email / Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to own hands-on execution across email, SMS, segmentation, retention, deliverability and reporting for a direct-to-consumer subscription business.

You will build Klaviyo campaigns, automations and lifecycle flows, and connect Klaviyo with Recharge to ensure accurate data and strong customer journeys. This is an individual contributor role; you will design tests, troubleshoot issues, and launch campaigns to reduce churn and grow

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in lifecycle/retention/CRM or email marketing.
• Hands-on Klaviyo experience building campaigns and reports.
• DTC or ecommerce lifecycle marketing experience.
• Design and maintain lifecycle flow architectures.
• Segmentation, SMS, deliverability and list health.

Responsibilities

• Own Klaviyo flow architecture across lifecycle stages.
• Build, test, schedule, and launch campaigns.
• Develop customer segments for personalized messaging.
• Manage Klaviyo-Recharge integration data flows.
• Monitor deliverability, list health, and reporting.
