Job summary

Experian is seeking a CRM Program Manager to lead lifecycle communications for email, push, and SMS in the home and mortgage space. This remote role will manage campaigns from planning through measurement and partner with product, marketing, analytics to deliver coordinated, personalized experiences.

You will report to the Manager, Lifecycle Engagement & Loyalty and have opportunities to scale programs, measure performance, and align CRM plans with product launches and key business initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in email marketing, CRM, lifecycle marketing or related area.
• Experience delivering communication programs at enterprise scale.
• Experience measuring campaign performance and using results to guide decisions.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams such as product, marketing, and analytics.
• Experience managing multiple CRM or digital communication initiatives with overlapping deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle strategy and execution for email, push, and SMS campaigns across the Home vertical.
• Launch new CRM campaigns, improve existing programs, and identify opportunities to scale successful approaches.
• Own campaign performance measurement, including open rates, click-through rates, product engagement, and related metrics.
• Partner with analytics teams to evaluate results, test hypotheses, and share actionable findings.
• Coordinate CRM plans with product launches, performance goals, and broader business initiatives.
• Use audience segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign data to improve messaging and engagement.
• Support multi-channel communication programs that align business goals with customer needs.
