Job summary

Resicum International LLC is seeking an experienced eLearning Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of technologically enabled learning for Air Force Special Operations personnel, working remotely with STTS and 720 STG.

You will translate TTPs into engaging modules, simulations, and assessments, manage LMS assets, and ensure SCORM/xAPI compliance while collaborating with SMEs and instructors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Education, Psychology, or Instructional Technology.
• Minimum five years in DoD instructional tech or eLearning.
• Experience translating TTPs into online learning content.
• Active Secret clearance and English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle development of eLearning products, including analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.
• Translate complex operational TTPs into effective online learning content.
• Develop interactive learning modules, multimedia instruction, simulations, and blended learning solutions.
• Apply instructional technology principles to improve learner engagement, knowledge retention, and performance outcomes.
• Collaborate with command leadership, instructors, curriculum developers, and SMEs to identify training requirements.
