Job summary

Particle Measuring Systems is seeking a Regional Sales Representative – Life Sciences to drive sales of particle counters, microbial samplers, and environmental monitoring solutions across a broad geographic region. The role is remote, with frequent travel and home-office support, targeting key accounts in the life sciences and pharmaceutical sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering or life sciences discipline.
• 3–5 years of direct B2B sales experience in capital equipment or related field.
• Strong technical aptitude to translate product features into client solutions.
• Residence within the assigned territory (NC and FL strongly preferred).
• Willingness to travel 50–80% across the listed states.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet targets.
• Engage clients through discovery sessions and tailor solutions.
• Maintain deep knowledge of product lines and differentiators.
• Lead all phases of the sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Use Salesforce.com and Power BI to track territory performance and forecast revenue.
• Collaborate with Projects, Service and Marketing to ensure successful deliveries.
