VeraSafe is a U.S.-headquartered privacy and cybersecurity compliance firm seeking creative, collaborative lawyers with healthcare and life sciences experience to join our data protection and privacy practice. This is a fully remote role.

Formación

• Must have at least three years of work experience as a lawyer.
• Interest in privacy and technology.
• Team player with growth mindset.
• Excellent writing/editing skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work remotely and take direction from partners.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the data protection aspects of a clinical trial from start to finish.
• Assess study protocols for privacy issues.
• Conduct data protection impact assessments.
• Review CTAs, ICFs, and privacy policies.
• Draft data protection agreements, addenda, and amendments.
• Research legal issues and draft opinions/memoranda.
• Write clinical trials, GCP, and privacy law related articles.
