Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a remote-capable consultant to lead end-to-end CRM configuration and deployment across multiple clients. You will translate business needs into technical designs, ensure architectural integrity, and act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders on system optimizations.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in billable consulting, hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce or Veeva), and the ability to work autonomously across several workstreams in a life sciences context.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of billable consulting in a client-facing role.
• Experience building and configuring CRM software (Salesforce or Veeva).
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote capacity while managing multiple workstreams.
• Strong communication skills for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end configuration and deployment of CRM enhancements.
• Ensure deliverables meet architectural best practices and client timelines.
• Translate business requests into technical design and specs.
