Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a seasoned Post-Implementation Consultant to own the technical evolution of our clients' CRM ecosystems. You will act as a dedicated technical lead for multiple live clients, translating complex business strategies into scalable configurations while delivering professional services remotely.

You will lead end-to-end configuration and deployment of enhancements, ensure architectural best practices, and serve as a trusted advisor for system optimization and operational

Qualifications

• 3+ years of billable client-facing consulting experience.
• 3+ years building and configuring CRM software (Salesforce or Veeva).
• Experience with security models, validation rules, flow automation, and deployment lifecycles.
• Life Sciences/Healthcare domain knowledge is a plus.
• Veeva CRM/Vault certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end configuration and deployment of CRM enhancements.
• Architect and ensure compliance with architectural best practices.
• Translate business requests into technical design and specs.
• Act as Trusted Advisor to client stakeholders with proactive optimization advice.
• Manage multiple client workstreams with high utilization targets.
• Perform impact assessments for product releases and optimizations.
• Address escalations with root-cause analysis and fixes.
