Veeva Systems is a mission-driven SaaS leader in life sciences, offering flexible work options from home or office. The CRM Suite Managed Services Consultant role provides remote professional services for ongoing enhancements, operations, and SME support across multiple live clients.

You’ll work autonomously, building trusted advisor relationships and delivering changes to Vault and CRM environments to meet evolving business needs and drive adoption.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software configuration/administration for CRM or Life-Sciences Enterprise software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including client-facing presentations.
• Able to autonomously deliver professional services remotely across multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting on best practices and overall solutions based on requirements.
• Develop, leverage, and maintain expertise in our Vault platform and CRM product.
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with Veeva stakeholders and the customer.
• Partner with key stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
• Build, test, and deploy changes to live environments.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align priorities and timelines.
• Provide post-implementation support and ad hoc troubleshooting for administrators (tiers 2 & 3).
• Educate customers on product and platform releases and best practices for operational success.
• Foster a collaborative, growing team culture.
