Job summary

Lumanity seeks a Client Services Director of qualitative and quantitative market research in the life sciences sector. You will join the commercial Insights Team, with the role allowing remote work and USA-based employment.

Lead growth across key accounts and demonstrate thought leadership in research delivery. Responsibilities include expanding current accounts, building senior-level client relationships, and driving repeat business while collaborating with Account teams to achieve ambitious

Qualifications

• Advanced experience in research or professional services organisation.
• Advanced experience in research-based project management role.
• Extensive ad-hoc, primary research within a client facing, commercial setting.
• Extensive life sciences, healthcare / pharma experience, and therapy area knowledge.
• Strong knowledge across research methodologies and practices.
• Proven skills and track record in project and account management, with outstanding client communication and influencing skills.
• A strong track record at business generation – both with new and existing clients.
• Computer proficient: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic direction, growth and delivery standards for key accounts.
• Build and maintain high-level client relationships to secure repeat business.
• Meet with clients regularly and upsell opportunities.
• Attend client meetings to reinforce thought leadership and project excellence.
• Plan account development with Account teams to drive growth.
• Achieve targets for account growth and repeat business year over year.
• Contribute as part of a dedicated team toward annual targets.
• Implement new company procedures and seek continual quality improvement.
• Introduce innovative ideas/services to the market and develop best practices.
• Act as a role model for the team.
