Job summary

OMG Technology is seeking a Change Management Consultant with life sciences experience for a remote, US-based contract role. The candidate will drive structured change strategies across technology and process transformations, partnering with PMs, functional leads, and SMEs to ensure adoption and measurable business outcomes.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, communications, and training, with a focus on readiness and adoption across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 4–7 years of change management or organizational change support experience.
• Experience supporting technology implementation and/or business process transformation projects.
• Prosci Certification with familiarity in structured change management methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to support multiple initiatives.
• Experience in regulated industries such as life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, or lab environments.
• Exposure to IT or digital transformation initiatives including ERP, CRM, lab systems, or enterprise data platforms.
• Experience supporting end-user training, organizational readiness, and adoption programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management plans aligned with project objectives and timelines.
• Conduct stakeholder impact assessments to identify process, system, and role changes.
• Define readiness and adoption activities for impacted user groups.
• Maintain and track project-level change deliverables and milestones.
• Identify stakeholder groups and support readiness assessments and feedback collection.
• Partner with sponsors and functional managers to reinforce key messages.
• Escalate resistance risks and adoption barriers to leadership as appropriate.
• Develop clear, audience-specific communication materials translating changes into business relevance.
• Draft project announcements, FAQs, talking points, and status updates.
• Coordinate training logistics and SME-supported materials.
• Monitor adoption metrics and identify reinforcement needs.
• Track adoption metrics and provide regular status updates; develop simple dashboards.
