The role requires 5+ years in sales or business development, preferably in healthcare or CRO sectors, and travel up to 30%. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with strong CRM and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field preferred.
• Experience in sales/marketing/commercial operations or business development in healthcare/CRO preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel 10–30% for meetings, training, or events.

Responsibilities

• Manages a diverse portfolio within the regional customer segment, guiding opportunities from lead generation through qualification.
• Leverages AI-driven platforms, digital tools, and automation to scale outreach and optimize targeting.
• Identifies and qualifies prospective clients for clinical research services.
• Generates and prioritizes sales leads aligned with business objectives and capabilities.
• Maintains relationships with clients to develop long-term partnerships and attend conferences/roadshows.
